SUNDAY 29th AUGUST 2021
As we had to cancel our planned visit to the Breakwater on 12th July last year, if the current climate continues to improve, we hope to try again on the above date.
Meeting at Cremyll at 9.30am* we will have our own chartered boat to get away promptly by 10.00am. Depending on the prevailing conditions we hope to have up to an hour and a half on the Breakwater itself. It is anticipated that we will arrive back at Cremyll at lunchtime.
If you would like to join this trip, be advised that it entails the ascent and descent from and to the boat on to a 6 - 8 foot metal vertical ladder to access the Breakwater, and this could be wet and or slippery – good footwear is therefore essential. Numbers are being restricted due to the time it takes for everyone to climb up and down the ladder so if it is as popular as previous visits, you will need to book early!
Reservations can be made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and your place will be confirmed on receipt of payment.
