EGM NOTICE

Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

SUNDAY 29^th NOVEMBER 2026 at The Edgcumbe Arms, Cremyll

In accordance with April’s AGM, the EGM is scheduled to take place on Sunday 29^th November at 2pm in the Edgcumbe Arms for the purpose of revising the Constitution. The attached documents are:

1) a copy of the current Constitution                                                                             

2) a copy of the revised Constitution version as agreed and proposed by the committee in February 2026 for consideration at the AGM. This version contains explanatory notes highlighted in red or green to draw attention to significant changes.

If approved at the EGM, this resulting new version will subsequently have the red colouring and green clarifications removed from the text. If not approved, comments received will be collated for consideration at the next AGM.
